Family Pastor | Jared & Camilee Tieman
Jared and Camilee Tieman have been married since May of 2009 and have two wonderful children, Eden and Cade. The Tieman’s have been a part of CFO since 2017. Jared works as a registered nurse, and Camilee is a homeschooling mother for both children.
Our purpose is to encourage, strengthen, and help each family connected to CFO grow spiritually and mature in Truth. We have adopted Pastor and Sister Easterling’s vision that “strong families make strong churches”. |

Mended Ministers | Jim & Liz Curley
Jim and Liz Curley are a living testimony of God’s redeeming grace and restoring power. Married for 16 years, they serve faithfully at Christian Faith Outreach in Ashland, KY, where they are deeply involved in Jail and Recovery Ministry.
Jim is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International, and together he and Liz use their life experiences to bring hope to individuals battling addiction and brokenness. Jim celebrates 18 years of sobriety, and Liz marks 31 years clean and sober—milestones that fuel their passion for helping others find freedom, healing, and new life through faith and recovery. Their lives reflect the transformative power of God and a shared commitment to lifting others through compassion, encouragement, and unwavering faith. |

Shelter Ministers | James & Sharon Jarrels
James and Sharon Jarrell have been married thirteen years and are blessed with two children, Kennedy and Jamerson. James works for a local DME company as a CSR-Supervisor. Sharon is a stay at home mom who is homeschooling their children.
Together they have served in ministry at CFO since 2007 with the purpose of fulfilling pastor Eeasterling's vision. They have a passion of sharing the gospel at home and abroad. Under the direction of God and submission to Pastor they strive to help fulfill the commission to GO! For the harvest is great, yet the laborers are few. |
Jail Ministers | Jim & Liz CurleyJim and Liz Curley have been married for 16 years and make their home in Ironton, Ohio. Originally from Kansas (Jim) and Indiana (Liz), they now serve faithfully at Christian Faith Outreach, where they are active leaders in both church ministry and community outreach.
Jim is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International. His heart for service is expressed through preaching, jail ministry, and recovery support. He also works professionally as a Production Supervisor at Cintas. Liz serves as the church secretary and is equally committed to outreach, playing a key role in both jail and recovery ministry. She is the Treatment Center Director for a mental health and substance use disorder facility in Portsmouth, Ohio. Together, Jim and Liz share powerful testimonies of God’s grace and restoration. Jim has been sober for 18 years, and Liz celebrates 31 years clean and sober. Their personal journeys fuel their passion for helping others find hope, healing, and freedom through faith and recovery. United in purpose, Jim and Liz are dedicated to serving God, strengthening their church, and walking alongside individuals and families seeking transformation. |
