Pastor | Gene & Iva Easterling

Bishop and First Lady Gene & Iva Easterling were elected Pastor of Christian Faith Outreach in August 2003 by eleven members. As a result of their faithfulness and love for CFO, they have watched it become an exciting, thriving, revival church.
Assistant Pastor | Marcus & Tiffany Blake

Marcus and Tiffany served as youth staff for The Temple of Pentecost, in Raliegh, NC, before relocating to Ashland in 2014 to become Youth Pastors at Christian Faith Outreach.  They served as Youth Pastors at CFO for 6 years.
In December of 2021, they were voted in as Assistant Pastors of CFO, and have been honored to serve in that capacity since.
Admin Pastor & Campus Pastor | Jaron & Anna Rucker
Jaron & Anna came to Ashland in August 2015 to serve as the Administrative Pastors of Christian Faith Outreach. They previously served as youth pastors and assistance ministry. In 2019, while continuing to serve as administrative pastors, they took on the role of Campus Pastor of, The Revival Center of Prestonsburg, in Prestonsburg, KY. 
Anna and Jaron both love to read, travel and spend time with family.  In 2020 they were joined in ministry by their son, Huntley, and in 2021, by their daughter, Sybil. After 13 years of baroness, the Rucker's are so thankful for the blessing of children!
Family Pastor | Jared & Camilee Tieman
Jared and Camilee Tieman have been married since May of 2009 and have two wonderful children, Eden and Cade.  The Tieman’s have been a part of CFO since 2017.  Jared works as a registered nurse, and Camilee is a homeschooling mother for both children.

Our purpose is to encourage, strengthen, and help each family connected to CFO grow spiritually and mature in Truth. We have adopted Pastor and Sister Easterling’s vision that “strong families make strong churches”.
Youth Pastor | Ben & Brittany Knight

Ben and Brittany Knight have been serving as Youth Pastor's since the summer of 2024.  Alongside them in ministry are their two children, Seth and Elizabeth. 
They share a strong burden for reaching the youth in their community and are passionate about helping young people grow in their faith. Ben and Brittany strive to be Godly role models for each and every young person in the City of Ashland, KY.
Children's Pastor | Eric & Whitney Sanders

Eric and Whitney have been married six years and have two children, Leeland and Abigail. They work as a team serving our children and church as the Children's Pastor.
Eric is a licensed minister with the UPCI of Kentucky and considers it an honor to serve as sectional directory for Children's Ministries over the past four years for the state of Kentucky.
Campus Pastor - CFO South Point   |   Rick & Kathy Jenkins

Pastor Rick and Kathy Jenkins began their walk with God at CFO of Ashland, under the tutelage of Pastor Gene and Iva Easterling. Due to their love for God and his people, they have been given the opportunity to become the Pastor of the South Point daughter work.
Shelter Ministers | James & Sharon Jarrel
James and Sharon Jarrell have been married thirteen years and are blessed with two children, Kennedy and Jamerson.
Together they have served in ministry at CFO since 2007 with the purpose of fulfilling pastor Eeasterling's vision. They have a passion of sharing the gospel at home and abroad. Under the direction of God and submission to Pastor they strive to help fulfill the commission to GO! For the harvest is great, yet the laborers are few.
Jail Ministers | Jim & Liz Curley

Jim and Liz Curley are a living testimony of God’s redeeming grace and restoring power. Married for 16 years, they serve faithfully at Christian Faith Outreach in Ashland, KY, where they are deeply involved in Jail and Recovery Ministry.

Jim is a licensed minister with the United Pentecostal Church International, and together he and Liz use their life experiences to bring hope to individuals battling addiction and brokenness. Jim celebrates 18 years of sobriety, and Liz marks 31 years clean and sober—milestones that fuel their passion for helping others find freedom, healing, and new life through faith and recovery.

Their lives reflect the transformative power of God and a shared commitment to lifting others through compassion, encouragement, and unwavering faith.

Outreach Directors | Wade & Marissa Haack

Wade & Marissa have been married since 2017 and are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Raegan and Sara. Their passion is to reach those who are broken, spiritually hungry and longer for a deeper relationship with God. They are committed to serving individuals and families in the city of Ashland and beyond who are seeking hope, healing, and a greater understanding of God's love.

Because someone once reached out to them and introduced them to God, Wade and Marissa understand the power of compassion and support. They are deeply grateful for the impact it made and are passionate about giving back by extending that same love, encouragement and guidance to others.
